Send us your required specs: film type, thickness, width, length,requirements (UV/IR/anti-fog/anti-drip/diffusion/light-conversion),quantity, and destination port.
Step 2:Quotation & Confirmation
We provide a formal quote and confirm all details: price terms(EXW/FOB/CIF), lead time, packaging, and warranty.
Step 4:PI & Payment
We issue the Proforma Invoice (PI). Production starts after deposit /agreed payment terms.
Step 5:Production & QC
Manufactured on 5-layer co-extrusion lines using 100% imported raw materials
(80% sourced from ExxonMobil & BASF).
Equipped with top-tier Jinming Machinery based on German technology, among the most advanced in China, with machines around 5 years old for top-level precision.
Hourly QC inspections are conducted, and all samples are retained until the end of the warranty period.
Non-conforming goods are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory.
Step 6:Packing & Loading
Rolls are labeled with trace numbers, packed securely, and loadedefficiently for safe shipping.
Step 7:Shipping & Documents
We arrange shipment and provide documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L,CO/COO, etc.).
Step 8:After-Sales & Warranty
We provide 24/7 support. If the film fails prematurely due to productquality (e.g., early cracking/tearing), we will take full responsibility andcover
